📦 Order Processing

~ Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. MAJOR holidays).

~ You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

~ During our promotional and sale periods, we ask that you please allow 2-3 business days to process your order and 3-4 business days around U.S. Major Holidays

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout. At this present time, we do not offer in-person nor on-site pickups, but we do use ALL major carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weight, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please feel free to check back in the future for in-person/on-site location pickups.


🌍 International Orders & Customs Fees

~ Please be aware that international orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges upon delivery, depending on the regulations of your country, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

~ We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

~ Check back in the future for countries Eclectic Euphoria doesn't ship to.

~ Shipping costs are computed by our carriers based on factors including your order's total value, weight, package volume, and destination.

~ Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes undeliverable, refused, missing, and stolen packages.

~ Items such as hazardous materials or oversized products may have additional shipping limitations.


FREE SHIPPING IS AWARDED TO U.S AND CANADA CUSTOMERS WITH ORDERS OF $35+ AND $75+ FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. 

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.


📬 Lost, Stolen, Returns, or Damaged Packages

Eclectic Euphoria handles your package(s) with absolute care. This means we aim to get it right the first time. Meticulously inspecting each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process, should your package(s) arrive damaged or you receive a defective product(s), please contact us at eclecticeuphoriaboutique@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and a photo or video within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to assist you with a replacement or refund.

~ We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Once your package departs our place of business and arrives at the post office, you will be provided with a tracking or reference number and from there on, it's the post office's responsibility.

~ If there's something wrong with your order or shipping address, we will email you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so you may receive your package(s) in a timely manner. If your order doesn't get shipped within the allotted timeframe, please check your email or contact us at eclecticeuphoriaboutique@gmail.com

In most cases, all sales are final. However with that being said, we pride ourselves on the ultimate goal of ensuring our customers happiness.

Our returns are handled on a case by case basis. Standing behind our handmade goods which are inspected to assure customers satisfaction, each request will be treated reasonably and fairly. To request a return, please email us with your order number and the subject line labeled "RETURN," in accordance with a reason for your return. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees and we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Refunds will be issued after the products are received in our warehouse. Please note that ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION/PACKAGING AND RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF REQUESTED REFUND OR REPLACEMENT ITEM/MERCHANDISE.

U.S. TARIFFS

Due to recent changes in U.S. Customs regulations, certain products may be subject to customs tariffs or duties when delivered internationally from our small business based here in the United States. Our company wants to be transparent and upfront with our customers. The additional charges are never collected by us at checkout and are furthermore imposed by the U.S. government. What this means for you is that the tariff must be paid by you, the recipient, in order for your package(s) to be released by customs. If your order(s) is affected by this, you may receive an email or notice from the carrier/courier (USPS/DHL, etc.) asking you to pay the fee.
